Shipping and Handling Fees

Major League Lacrosse uses UPS as their standard shipping method. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the product being shipped. Major League Lacrosse uses standard UPS Ground shipping. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. This includes those fees required to ship items back. A credit may be issued on an individual basis for reasonable and customary freight charges if the returned item is defective or incorrect. Please include a postal receipt in your return package. All orders are shipped from the Major League Lacrosse Office located in Boston, MA.


Clearance Items

All sales on clearance items are final. No refunds, merchandise credits or exchanges will be offered.



When requesting an exchange, we can not guarantee that the item you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. If the requested item is not available, a refund, less cost of initial shipping will be issued.

Exchanges require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION.  Please email to obtain an RA.  Please mark the RA# on the outside of your return package.



If you receive a defective item or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs as a result of error.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have your original receipt or packing slip, we are happy to issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase. Without a receipt or packing slip, you may only exchange for an item of equal value or pay the difference for a higher priced item. Items may not be returned after 30 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition to be eligible for a refund or merchandise exchange.

Items returned with a gift receipt invoice can be exchanged for another item only at this time. If you do not have a gift receipt invoice, the value of the merchandise will be based on the current selling price of the item(s) returned.

Due to carrier transit times, please allow up to 3 weeks from the date you mail your package for your return to be processed completely. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for your credit to show in your account.
